Celebrate the coming of the new year with a New Year’s Eve experience filled with intention setting, guided meditation, relaxing Yin yoga, dyads, self-reflection, and deep community connection.

This semi-private offering creates a safe, intimate space to move through the many layers of yoga—exploring practices that help us connect inward, listen deeply, and hold space for ourselves and one another. Through introspective movement and mindful presence, you’ll be guided into a grounded sense of alignment and clarity.

Together, we’ll release and lovingly lay to rest anything from 2025 that no longer serves. From this place of openness, you’ll cultivate clarity, welcome new beginnings, and align with your intention for the year ahead.

Settle into stillness with guided meditation and a restful Yin practice designed to nourish your nervous system, soften internal resistance, and create space for what’s to come.

We’ll seal the evening with an organic kombucha toast and nourishing light snacks—welcoming 2026 with clarity, positivity, and heartfelt community connection.

Come on your own or invite a loved one to share the experience. This offering is suitable for beginners and all levels.

Please bring: a yoga mat, bolster, pillow or blanket, and an optional journal.
