Are you ready to take your 26&2 practice to the next level? Our semi-private Posture Clinic is designed for students who want to strengthen their spine, improve alignment, and deepen their understanding of key movements. Suitable for beginners and mixed levels, this 4-hour workshop provides the space to slow down and truly explore your body.

During this workshop, we’ll take a deep dive into essential spine-strengthening exercises—including Cobra, Locust, Full Locust, Bow, Fixed Firm, and Camel. You’ll learn how to breathe properly, engage your muscles, and fully connect with your body in each movement—building a strong foundation, reducing the risk of injury, and improving overall mobility and posture.

With only 8 students, there’s plenty of opportunity for personal attention, questions, modifications, adjustments, and feedback from Katrina & Kellie. This semi-private setting ensures a therapeutic approach to the 26&2 series, focusing on:

  • Proper alignment & anatomy

  • Posture-specific engagement and muscle activation

  • Mindful breathing and body awareness

  • Preventing injuries and supporting a healthy spine
