Using light weights, a Pilates ball, and small, controlled movements with high repetition, it tones and sculpts the legs, glutes, arms, and core. Barre improves posture, endurance, and flexibility, and is accessible to all fitness levels. Candlelight Yin
Yin is a slow, introspective practice where postures are held for extended periods to encourage deep release and target the body's connective tissues. While often focused on the hips, pelvis, and spine, Yin supports joint health and mobility throughout the entire body. Though passive in nature, the long holds can make this practice surprisingly deep and challenging. It’s a powerful complement to more active (Yang) styles of yoga, promoting nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and a profound sense of grounding.
While hands-on assists may be available, teachers typically offer a range of prop-supported options to help you feel grounded, comfortable, and supported in each pose.
Difficulty: Suitable for beginners and all levels
Temperature: Non-Heated
Yin & Deep Relax
This class combines the meditative stillness of Yin with the gentle support of Restorative yoga. Postures are held longer and fully supported with props to encourage deep release, nervous system reset, and full-body relaxation.
Slower and more restful than Candlelight Yin, this practice is ideal for those needing stress relief, recovery, or simply space to unwind.
