Our Story
Our studio has been a part of the community of South Delta since 2010. Through our passion for yoga and meditation and our appreciation for the diversity of many yoga styles.
At Yoga Union, we welcome beginners and all levels, holding classes for all ages and fitness levels. With over 30 classes a week, we have something for everybody. From gentle classes to high heat and high-intensity classes. Our schedule offers early class options and evening classes, giving you plenty of opportunities to practice every day. We offer many forms of Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini and Meditation in a group setting, private and semi-private class settings as well as workshops and further education opportunities.
We are dedicated to serving the community with a safe and peaceful place to practice. Step into our sanctuary and experience natural light and elements and nurture yourself with our many added amenities providing both comfort and deeper relaxation.

We take pride in offering a large variety of the highest quality yoga instructors, who are trained and experienced in multiple yoga styles. Our Studio
Our studio is a newly renovated space, built with your comfort and yoga practice in mind. Yoga Union is located in Century Square, in South Delta. Our studio offers complimentary parking and easy transit access.
Yoga Union’s amenities include change rooms, shower facilities, as-well-as boutique shopping. Shop local and ethical clothing and yoga brands like lululemon, Halfmoon Yoga, Spiritual Gangster, Onzie, and more! Also available for purchase is Spark Kombucha on tap, To Live For Vegan Fine Foods, Thirsty Buddha Coconut Water, Nuun Electrolytes, and more!
For your convenience yoga mats, towels, water, and props will be available for purchase at the studio. At this time, for your health and safety and the safety of our team, mat and towel service, yoga props, and water stations are not available until further notice.
