This class is open to beginners and all levels. Through Sacred Space we will explore Jnana Yoga, the path of self-realization through contemplation and mediation rather than through the physical practice of yoga broadly known as Hatha yoga. As we explore different layers of yoga practice, we will also explore the the many faces of meditation through mantra, breathing, kundalini kriyas, yoga nidra and guided meditation.
