Carol was introduced to Hot Yoga by a friend that knew she loved to take up any physical challenge. Carol started practicing Hot Yoga in 2002 and never turned back! After two years of consistent practice, Carol attend Bikram Yoga training in 2004. Carol loves to help others through yoga and continues to share this powerful practice with as many people as possible! As a fitness enthusiast, Carol has also gone to complete Core 40 training, hot pilates and Yin Yoga training. Carol continues to push the boundaries by actively training and competing in fitness competitions.
