Hatha yoga is a broad term for the physical practice of yoga postures, or asanas, and breathing exercises, or Pranayama. Hatha yoga is ideal for students who are new to the practice of yoga, due to its slow and gentle pace. Hatha yoga provides time and space to breathe and slowly transition through postures, holding each posture through several breaths. Students will deepen concentration enhancing meditation and spiritual growth, and bring peace and unity to mind and body and spirit.
