Hot Intermediate is Now Union Hot!

We don’t want to SPOOK you with the name - Hot Intermediate has been renamed, meet Union Hot! This class is a Yoga Union original, designed for both beginners and advanced yogis.

Union Hot 75 & Union Hot 90 blend the 26 postures from the traditional Hot 26&2 series with additional postures to build strength and increase flexibility. Introduce both the body and mind to new shapes and perspectives and take your practice to the next level.

Variety is the SPICE of life - Union Hot 60 invites you to explore the creative movement and strength building aspects of a flow class with the foundational principals of hot yoga. If you are looking to add even more variety to your hot yoga practice, Union Hot 60 is for you!

Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Sound with Ocian • October 25, 5PM - 7:30PM

Join us for an evening of intention setting, sacred sound, and meditation, and connect to your higher self.

The cacao plant is seen as a medicinal plant and has been used for a number of spiritual, medicinal, and ceremonial purposes throughout history. Cacao is also used in shamanic healing, don’t worry, there is no hallucinogenic or “out of body” effects. Cacao ceremonies are rooted in rebalancing the energies within and restoring good health. Bathe in the powerful energy of cacao and sacred sound while relaxing into deep meditation. This sacred medicinal ritual aids in releasing negative emotions and connecting to the loving energy within.
